William W. Heintzelman

Bill is President of Evergreen.cfo and a Principal with McLean, Koehler, Sparks, & Hammond. He has over 20 years of financial leadership working with early stage, high growth, distressed and multi-billion dollar organizations.

As an experienced CFO, Bill advises clients with business strategy, restructuring, financing, developing and implementing business plans, internal controls and reporting, cash flow management, budget preparation and other profitability and business development analysis.

Bill serves on the Board of the Greater Baltimore Committee’s Emerging Business Council. He serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council to the University of Maryland, College Park, Robert H. Smith School of Business. In addition, he is a mentor, working with students from the Undergraduate Emerging CFO Fellows Program and the MBA Corporate Finance Program for the University. He currently serves as Treasurer and Board Member for Green Valley Swim Club and The Margate Community Association. Bill previously served as a member of the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs.

Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Robert L. Passerelli

Bob is Director of Accounting Services and has over 20 years of accounting experience, with exposure to manufacturing, retailing, and service-oriented businesses.  He has served as controller for London Fog Industries, V.P. of Operations for the National Association of Credit Management, Mid-Atlantic Region, and Director of Operations for a financial planning firm.  Bob will assist clients by serving as a part-time controller, providing accounting and financial support expertise in an outsourced environment.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix.  He also holds the designation of Associate in Risk management from the Insurance Institute of America.
