Bill is President of Evergreen.cfo., LLC a firm specializing in CFO and Management Advisory and Outsourced CFO and Accounting Solutions.  In addition, he is a Principal with the Professional Services Firm of McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond.   Bill has over 23 years of financial and operational leadership working with early stage, high growth, distressed and multi-billion dollar organizations. 

As an experienced executive, Bill advises clients with business strategy, financial and operational strategies, restructuring, financing, developing and implementing business plans, internal controls and reporting, cash flow management, budget preparation and other profitability and business development analyses.

Bill Chairs the Board of the Greater Baltimore Committee’s, Emerging Business Council.  In addition, Bill serves on Board of Directors for the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.  A mentor for the University of Maryland, College Park, Robert H. Smith School of Business, he works with students from the Undergraduate Emerging CFO Fellows Program and the MBA Corporate Finance Program. Bill serves on the Data Life Cycle Management Planning Committee of the Maryland/Israel Development Center.  Bill has served or currently serves as Treasurer and Board Member for Green Valley Swim Club and The Margate Community Association.  Bill has formerly been a member of the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs.

Bill has a B.S degree in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park.
